 The Quarry Group assists management and investors with advisory services, planning, and implementation support across a range of assignments. Our objective is to produce better decisions, enhance performance and generate more accurate valuation assessments.

As principal, Kevin McCabe will work directly with a client's internal team and/or assemble a customized project team based on the unique needs of the particular assignment.

 Due diligence and interim CEO support in acquisition, early stage, restructuring or workout situations, for private equity or other investors; also available for Board of Director service.

Demonstrated expertise in building new businesses - relevant assignments include design and launch of a de novo boutique wealth management firm, an overseas affluent bank, a national auto finance business, a retail financial advisor program and a co-brand credit card business.

Strategy development, including business planning, positioning assessment and marketing strategy.

Performance improvement assignments, including branch banking transformation, operating effectiveness, sales management and business development, organizational performance.
